Sygnum Group Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. We install and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems for homes and businesses across Cambridgeshire and London.
We only ask for what we need to answer an enquiry and carry out the work.
When you use the enquiry form on this website, we collect your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, the system or service you are interested in, anything you type into the message box, and which page of the site you sent it from.
When you call or email us, we collect whatever you choose to tell us, along with the record of the call or the email itself.
When we survey, install or maintain a system, we collect your installation address, details of the property and the equipment, photographs of the work where relevant, survey notes, commissioning data, service records and payment details.
We do not collect special category data, and we do not carry out any profiling or automated decision making.

Our records are held in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Some of our suppliers, including Google and Vercel, are able to process data outside the UK. Where that happens the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by the International Data Transfer Agreement, which are the safeguards UK law requires.

This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third party tracking of any kind, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
