Installation
Every system is sized on a calculated heat load rather than an estimate. We route pipework discreetly wherever the building allows, and leave the space as we found it.
Maintenance
Planned visits that maintain efficiency and reduce unplanned downtime. You receive a written report after every service, along with the F-Gas records you are required to hold.
Repair
A clear diagnosis, explained in plain terms, and common parts carried on the van. When refrigeration fails there is stock at risk, so repairs are treated as a priority.
Comfortable all year, room by room

Sygnum Group was founded by an engineer who has spent his career installing, maintaining and repairing cooling systems in everything from supermarket plant rooms to hospital chillers to domestic bedrooms. He has experienced an industry full of good engineers let down by poor process: undocumented work, inconsistent handovers, and advice given by people who would never set foot on site. He decided to build something different.
Sygnum was built the way a regulated business is run. We call it the Sygnum Standard: every survey, every decision and every job documented, evidenced and traceable. The principle is simple. The person who quotes the work is accountable for it. In practice that means directly employed engineers, no call centre, and the same standard of work whether it's one bedroom or eleven sites.

We apply the governance of a regulated industry to an engineering business. Survey findings, equipment reasoning, commissioning data, F-Gas records and every agreed variation are documented and kept, so if we return to your system in five years, its history can be read.
