Planned maintenance for workplace cooling and refrigeration, with the compliance paperwork kept current on your behalf. One asset list, one engineer who knows your sites, and a response time written into the agreement rather than promised on the phone.
Under the F-Gas Regulations the operator of the equipment, not the contractor, is responsible for leak checking at the required interval and for keeping the records. Both ClimateCare plans carry out the checks and maintain those records for you, so an inspection is a filing exercise rather than a scramble.
An office gets uncomfortable. A restaurant with a failed walk-in has stock on the line within hours. Planned maintenance is the cheapest insurance against the day that happens.
Leak checks, refrigerant records and equipment logs are all inspectable. Kept properly they are unremarkable; kept badly they are a liability.
Cooling is usually the biggest single load in a commercial building. Clean coils, correct charge and calibrated controls are what keep that bill from creeping.
Knowing which units are near end of life turns replacement into a budgeted decision rather than an emergency purchase at the worst possible moment.
No two businesses need the same cover. A small office wants planned visits and its F-Gas paperwork kept straight; a kitchen with three cold rooms needs temperature alerts and someone on site within hours. So rather than fixed packages, we survey your site, agree which of the items below you actually need, and price the plan for your estate.
We survey the site, build the asset list, and price from unit count, refrigerant charge, access and how critical each system is. The per-unit figures above are a genuine starting point rather than a headline: a straightforward office estate lands near them, a kitchen with three cold rooms does not.
Common, and straightforward. We inspect every unit, rebuild the asset register from what is actually installed, and tell you plainly what has been missed. Where records are incomplete we say so in writing rather than inheriting the gap quietly.
It depends on the refrigerant charge of each individual system, measured in tonnes of CO2 equivalent rather than kilograms. Smaller splits may fall below the threshold entirely; larger systems can require checking every twelve, six or three months, and some need permanent leak detection. We calculate it per unit from your asset list and build the schedule around it.
You are, as the operator of the equipment. That is why every plan includes maintaining the records rather than just doing the work: the obligation stays with you, so the paperwork needs to be yours, current, and produceable on request.
Yes, and most of our contracts do. We inspect everything first so the asset register reflects reality, then price on what is there.
Loss of cooling to a critical space, a cold store, server room, commercial kitchen or a public area where trade stops. Comfort cooling in an office is important but is handled as a priority booking rather than a four-hour call-out.
Yes. Cold rooms, display cabinets, blast chillers and cellar cooling all sit within ClimateCare, and they are usually the systems where emergency cover earns its cost.
Send us a site list, or let us survey it. You will get a written proposal with the visit schedule, the response times and the price on one page.
